• Does not do what it’s supposed to do or what we said it would do; or

• Is not provided with reasonable care and skill (for services).

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

• Change your mind;

• Decide you no longer want the product or service;

• Found it cheaper elsewhere; or

• Misused or damaged the product.

Products

If a product you purchase from us has a major problem, you have the right to choose a refund or replacement.
If the problem is minor, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired, you can choose a replacement or refund.

Processing Refunds
